Ma Khin Café is an all-day cafe, located in the stunning Mercado de Colon. Mercado de Colon is one of the most emblematic modernist buildings in Valencia. It is an open, circular area occupying the whole block and brings to mind the old awnings of the traditional market places.

Ma Khin Café is named after the owner’s great grandmother, who was an excellent cook. The restaurant aims to offer the best of both worlds: Asian and Mediterranean food. It combines locally sourced ingredients with Asian spices to create flavorful and original dishes that are both well balanced as healthy.
