Light, bright and beautifully white. Blanc’s décor is as striking as its menu, crisp and eye-catching. The restaurant is very nicely decorated with comfortable seatings.
Decor
Designed by award-winning chef Carme Ruscalleda, whose restaurants have won 7 Michelin stars, Blanc is Mandarin Oriental’s all-day dining restaurant situated at the heart of the hotel. Blanc’s menu focuses on local cuisine based on natural ingredients cooked with respect and inspiration. Blanc is also known for Sunday Brunch, which is served every week between 12:30 and 4pm accompanied by free flowing Cava.
Food
We enjoyed a 4 course dinner on a quiet Monday evening. Plates were beautifuly decorated and the food was really phenomenal! Complementing the delightful dining experience is the wine pairing from a professional who exactly understands how the menu is created.
Service
We had a great experience from beginning to end. We really enjoyed the attentive, friendly and professional service. With ease one of our favorite restaurants in Barcelona!
