Tina and Manolis are the owners of the cute Greek Beach House Villa Stamatina (same owners as Lux View Villas). This Beach House is an old family home of Tina’s Family.
Located at Kyra Panagia, this beautiful studio apartment is only 200 meters away from the stunning Kyra Panagia Beach. The newly renovated studio has all the modern amenities and is fully furnished. Everything in the studio is built by hand, giving the feel of a traditional Greek home. Once you walk outside, there is a 50 square meter patio with a large pine tree providing shade.
The Interior
This cute little beach house is a big studio which comes with a kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine, air condition, TV and an amazing terrace with sea view and a BBQ. In the mood to listen to some relaxing music while relaxing outside? You’ll find have outdoor speakers that hook up with an mp3 player from inside. Spent your days on the beach and relax on the big outside terrace with sun loungers, dining table and enjoy a homemade meal prepared on the BBQ.
In the morning the unique colors of the sunrise are revealed over the deep blue sea. It is the time when the sea touches the sky in its most beautiful colors. In the afternoon it is the time when the summer moon rises and spreads its light over the sea.
Relax in your own private paradise and enjoy a lovely Greek escape in the tranquility of the surrounding area. The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests and is perfect for families!
Kyra Panagia
The stunning beach of Kyra Panagia is only a few minute’s walk. Here’ll find an amazing rocky beach, crystal clear water and a few good taverna to have a good lunch or dinner. There’s no supermarket in Kyra Panagia, so for grocery shopping you should go to Pigadia. Here’ll find a big supermarket with a bakery shop inside!
Getting Arround
Karpathos is such a beautiful island with lots of lovely villages and great beaches. The best form of transportation is to rent a car, in order to get around the island safe and quickly. If you wish to stay at Kyra Panagia during your whole stay, there are taxis available from the airport or port. There is parking available outside of the villa.
